Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School
Like its name already suggests, Savour is a cooking school mainly focused on everything chocolate but also on patisserie. Founded in 2002 by pastry chef and chocolatier Kirsten Tibballs, it was the first of its kind in the Asia Pacific region. The classes, which are hosted by award winning chefs, range from beginner to advanced level and come in form of short-courses of 1 to 4 days, but also as online classes, covering various recipes and techniques in the categories of chocolate, entremets, petit gateaux, tarts, choux pastry, macarons, desserts and more.
