Relish Mama Cooking Classes
Starting from an absolute love for cooking good food and gathering the family around it, Nellie Kerrison founded the Relish Mama cooking school in 2009. Since then she shared her recipes and passion with many people who wanted to expand their menu or learn basic cooking skills.
The published author of two cooking books teamed up with other exceptional cooking professionals and together they currently offer a complex selection of cooking classes. There are Beginners’ classes that teach basic skills and recipes, then there are the “classics” like Italian, Asian, Mexican etc. cooking classes, and also some specialized themes like Preserving&Pickling, or Salads, to name just a few.
With Nellie holding a diploma in Nutrition and the expertise of fellow team-member Meg Farrell in cooking for people with fructose malabsorption, the offer of cooking classes also contains a few FODMAP-friendly classes, which teach how to bring taste back and how to turn everyday recipes into FODMAP safe meals.
