The Academia Institute is a Registered Training Operator. Among other programs, its cooking school of Hospitality delivers fully approved and accredited commercial cookery courses. Students of these also participate in work placement at some of Melbourne and Brisbane’s top hotels and restaurants. The Academia’s Patisserie courses cover advanced technical patisserie skills as well as in-depth knowledge in finance, staff supervision and quality management.
For both commercial cookery and patisserie, programs for certificate III and IV are available, as well as the students having the opportunity to enroll in programs of Diploma or Advanced diploma of hospitality management.
