Named Chef of the “Terrasses de Lyon”, the gastronomic restaurant of the Villa Florentine, this good-hearted man places its products on the front of the culinary scene, in order to change each meal into a real show for the taste buds.
Davy Tissot aspires to a “meeting and exchange” cuisine, in the image of Lyon, “a crossroads between the sea and the mountains”. He wishes to share flavours with all the people coming at “Les Terrasses de Lyon”.
He was elected the coveted title “Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux” in 2010.
